A seasoned Music Industry Veteran, 20 + years, who worked in the 1990s @ TRS/Capitol Records producing Various Dance Compilations (American DJ Series, Electro Lounge) & marketed the Platinum Selling Al Green Greatest Hits Re-issue, and worked with Nils Lofgren, Bobby Womack, Ringo Starr & others.

Entering the sync space in 2002, Charles is passionate about working with Indie Artists and over the years has worked with the likes of Flora Cash, Lenka, Natalie Walker, Brooklyn Funk Essentials & others. Helping many indie artists to secure high profile media and sync placements, leveraging it to secure label/publishing deals.

Charles continues to work in the Sync Space and teach Sync Like A Pro Academy while fostering a songwriting community of producers and songwriters.
